The purchase of any product of the ZerroMax brand, its technical characteristics, dimensions, quantities, are the subject of an individual sales contract between the buyer and the authorized sales representative.

Informative prices are based on an estimate of the construction value of the buildings, they do not include the cost of obtaining permits and primary construction works (construction of the foundation slab, excavations...)

We can adapt the facilities to local laws. In the case of a simple building, it is necessary to obtain appropriate location information, create a plan and register with the municipality. In the case of a demanding or demanding building, it is necessary to obtain appropriate building permits in accordance with local legislation and regulations. Together with authorized designers, architects and other professional colleagues, we prepare all relevant documentation and manage the entire administrative process.

Buildings with transport wheels are not subject to construction legislation, their placement in the space depends on local laws and in practice can only be of a temporary nature, such buildings are also not intended for independent participation in road traffic, registration of the building is not possible.

All products of the ZerroMax brand are of European origin, manufactured in the EU. All products meet the requirements of European directives (CE mark). The warranty information listed on the page is related to the structural part of the building.

Upon delivery of Zerromax products, the authorized representative hands over to the customer the complete technical documentation for the facility, the installed products and the warranty card.
