CONSTRUCTION

Made of certified KVH profiles, OSB construction panels, plywood construction panels, insulation. Possibility of upgrading to a structure made of light metal profiles.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY

Minimum insulation thickness 100mm for buildings that are used mainly in the summer season. For winter-summer buildings, we recommend a minimum of 200mm of insulation cladding. With a 200mm insulation cladding, we achieve energy efficiency U-value: 0.174 W/(m²K), passive house (0.15 W/m²K).

WARRANTY

Warranty periods for holiday homes:

10-year structural warranty – for all buildings made of wooden structures (KVH profiles).

15-year structural warranty – for all buildings made of wooden structures (KVH profiles) and substructures made of lightweight metal profiles Magnelis.

30-year structural warranty – for all buildings made of lightweight metal structures Magnelis.
