For smaller buildings, it is often possible to place them on a properly prepared and reinforced base, while for larger buildings, a foundation is required. The type and method of foundation are determined depending on the type of building, terrain and local conditions.

Yes. Floor plans and 3D views are available in the catalog and on the website. The views are for informational purposes only and may differ from the final design.

Production usually takes approximately 2-4 months from order confirmation. This timeframe is indicative and may change depending on production capacity, material supply, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery is possible in Slovenia and Croatia, and for other countries by arrangement.

By prior arrangement, it is possible to view exhibition models in production in Novo mesto. Tours of already installed facilities at customers' premises are not possible due to privacy concerns.
