In cooperation with authorized designers, we can provide project documentation to obtain the necessary permits in accordance with local legislation. Design and documentation are available as an additional service.
2 What is included in the basic price?
The basic price usually includes:
– building construction

– exterior and interior wall coverings
– roof structure and covering
– windows and doors
– basic electrical and plumbing installations
The exact range is always determined by the selected model.
3 Is the facility suitable for year-round living?
All of our facilities can be adapted to allow year-round living, regardless of location and climatic conditions.
4 What are the payment terms?
Payment is usually made in advance and in subsequent installments, by prior agreement.
5 What is the height of the ceilings?
The average internal height is approximately 2.40 m, but may vary depending on the model.
6 What materials are the objects made of?
We use high-quality and proven materials of European origin, including:
– KVH wooden profiles (wooden construction)
– Magnelis protected metal profiles (metal construction)
– thermal insulation
– OSB boards
– external and internal linings depending on the model
7 What is the warranty?
The warranty depends on the type of building and the materials used. Details are determined upon the specific offer and selection of the building.
8 Do I need a building permit?
In both Slovenia and Croatia, a building permit is generally required to construct a building.
We recommend that the conditions for a specific case be checked with the competent administrative authority or an authorized designer.
9 What is the price of a house (model XX) with transportation and assembly?
The prices of individual models are approximate and serve as an informative starting point. The final price depends on the selected model, equipment, installation location and terrain characteristics.

10 Are the facilities permanent?
Buildings are designed as permanent structures. Their lifespan depends on how they are used, maintained and exposed to external influences.
11 Are foundations necessary?
The need for foundations depends on the model, size of the building and its intended use. For smaller buildings, it is often possible to place them on a properly prepared and reinforced base, while for larger buildings, a foundation is required. The type and method of foundation are determined depending on the type of building, terrain and local conditions.
12 Are floor plans and 3D views available?
Yes. Floor plans and 3D views are available in the catalog and on the website. The views are for informational purposes only and may differ from the final design.
13 How long does it take to make?
Production usually takes approximately 2-4 months from order confirmation. This timeframe is indicative and may change depending on production capacity, material supply, or other unforeseen circumstances.
14 Do you deliver to my city or country?
Delivery is possible in Slovenia and Croatia, and for other countries by arrangement.
15 Is it possible to see the house live?
By prior arrangement, it is possible to view exhibition models in production in Novo mesto. Tours of already installed facilities at customers' premises are not possible due to privacy concerns.
