The houses are made of a skeleton structure made of light metal profiles. The structure complies with the CE standard in accordance with EN 1990. The structure is designed in accordance with Eurocode 3 standard EN 1993. The structures are made of Magnelis steel with a 50-year warranty and a 90-year expected life. The basic profile is C150, the minimum total wall thickness is 320 mm, the insulation is 270 mm.

• Rough underfloor heating installations (pipe network without heat pump)
• Interior wall cladding (e.g., plasterboard or wooden cladding)
• Screeds or prefabricated floors
• Shelves

F5 – Turnkey:
Everything from F4 +
• Fine installation of electrical systems (switches, outlets, lights, intercom)
• Fine installation of plumbing systems (pipes, WC, shower, sinks, boiler)
• Heating and cooling (heat pump, air conditioning, thermostats)
• Final floor treatment (parquet, ceramics, vinyl, finishing strips)
• Final treatment of walls and ceilings (painting, wallpaper)
• Installation of sanitary equipment
• Painting works
• Building ready for furnishing and occupancy

The minimum insulation thickness is 270 mm for residential buildings. With 270 mm of insulation, we achieve energy efficiency with a U-value of 0.128 W/(m²K) – A2 Passive version.
