We build houses using a skeletal structure made of lightweight metal profiles. The structure complies with the CE standard according to En-1990. The structure is designed according to the Eurocode 3 standard EN 1993. We manufacture the structures from Magnelis steel with a 50-year warranty and a 90-year expected lifespan. The base profile is C150mm, with a minimum total wall thickness of 320mm and insulation thickness of 270mm.

• Fine installation of electrical systems (switches, outlets, lights, intercom)
• Fine installation of plumbing systems (pipes, WC, shower, sinks, boiler)
• Heating and cooling (heat pump, air conditioning, thermostats)
• Final floor treatment (parquet, ceramics, vinyl, finishing strips)
• Final treatment of walls and ceilings (painting, wallpaper)

The minimum insulation thickness is 270mm for residential buildings. With 270mm of insulation, we achieve energy efficiency with a U-value of 0.128 W/(m²K) – A2 Passive version.
